We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the Grand Canal from our room. The modern and well-equipped bathroom, complete with a spacious rain head shower, added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The complimentary breakfast surpassed our expectations with its wide variety of delicious options. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Despite the few stairs we had to climb, we found the hotel to be cool, quiet, and comfortable. we highly recommend this boutique hotel for a memorable stay in Venice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the boat stop. It made it so convenient to visit all the main attractions. The room was beautiful and spacious, with lovely decor and a very comfortable bed. I especially loved the balcony, the view of Santa Maria delia salute was breathtaking. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They even recommended a nearby restaurant which was romantically situated and had delicious food. I highly recommend this place, it was an unforgettable experience!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

We spent our Christmas holiday in this hotel and we were pleased by the festive decorations and the gift bags they gave us upon check-in. the hotel is situated in a central area which made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. the view from our room was breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the activity on the water. the hot water in the shower never seemed to run out, which was nice.
The poor quality of the breakfast, which lacked variety and freshness. the beds in our room were uncomfortable, with one of them being too soft and the other too hard.

The hotel had great amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. It was situated in a very convenient location, only a short walk from a popular landmark. It was great to have a balcony with a beautiful view of the city.
The stairs leading up to the rooms were a bit difficult to climb, especially for those with mobility issues. the wifi was not very strong and had poor signal in certain areas of the building.
